Due to the nature of digital downloads (including guides and printable materials), all sales are final once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the download begins.

Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
